Now you can build a custom FRONT disc brake kit for 52-65 Beetle or Ghia with King_pin front ends. Choose between many different front brake rotor styles and bolt patterns. Drilled bolt patterns come with 14mm threaded holes. The studed 5x130MM 911 pattern rotors, comes with 14mm studs pre-installed.
Special note about our BLANK (not drilled for bolt pattern) rotors. We offer these rotors for the customer who needs a special bolt pattern which is NOT offered. Any qualified machine shop should be able to drill at tap your special bolt pattern without any problem. YOU must make sure that the shop you choose is qualified, as once these rotors have been machined and or installed, they are not returned or warrantable for ANY REASON!

Now is the time to upgrade your beetle to the power and safety of disc brakes. Our disc brake conversion kits include all the necessary pieces to do a professional job when converting from old drum brakes to new disc brakes. Kit contains 2 new calipers - brake pads - steering knuckles (spindles) 2 new 4 bolt patern premium rotors- 2 grease seals- 2 inner wheel bearings- 2 outer wheel bearings- 4 10mm bolt & washers. Installation of this kit requires a good working knolwgde of early Volkswagens. The best manual available to give you the basic King & Link spindle installation instructions is the "Offical service manual" printed by Bentley pulishations. See our part number ACC-C10-9651
Special Note: This kit will push your wheels out approx. 1 inch on 58-65 Beetle/Ghia models, and approx. 1-1/2 inches on 46-57 cars.
*NOTE: Kits do not include brake hoses. You will need to use a 14 inch hose with male/female ands. Our #VWC-311-611-701-Bon all models of Beetle?s and Ghia?s.( dust caps- spindle clamp nuts & thrust washers are not included. See part # ACC-C10-4130)
