Introducing the H-D 2100LB clutch cover, now compatible with all Type-4 Bus engines equipped with a 228mm flywheel. This clutch cover pairs excellently with either the original VWC-025-141-031-D disc or the newly introduced 228mm feramic high-performance clutch disc, model C26-141-021.
Our Cip1 Premium crafted pressure plates are manfacutered with the goal of significantly extending clutch lifespan. With clamping forces that exceed standard specifications by more than 20%, these clutch plate covers promise robust performance. Each diaphragm within the pressure plate undergoes a rigorous four-stage heat treatment, enhancing its tension strength yet maintaining its core structure. Precision is key at Cip1, where every pressure plate is meticulously CNC machined and balanced by computer for unparalleled smoothness in operation. Additionally, these units are equipped with robust drive straps and rivets, ensuring the clutch face remains securely fastened.
