Description
We are proud to offer the complete line of genuine CSP new generation shifters for air-cooled Volkswagens. These shifters are precision manufactured IN GERMANY using CNC technology. They offer the maximum in quality, strength and finish. The shaft is manufactured from solid stainless steel rod. In a very painstaking procedure the rod is bored, polished and bent as required. The selector gate is manufactured from steel using ultra-modern laser technology and is covered with a real black leather gear lever cover. The ball joint is supported in Teflon blocks.
The black anodized aluminum T-handle is milled out of a solid piece of billet aluminum. Then the Cip1 Logo is Computer Laser cut into the handle for a one of a kind, custom shifter. It is meticulously and ergonomically shaped to the hand, thus providing a level of comfort never before experienced.
The CSP gear lever provides a basic 40% reduction in gear change travel.
