Description
This right side accessory sunvisor mounting arm is installed when sandwiched between the body of the car and the inside rear view mirror (part number VWC-113-857-511-A). The visor mount has a rolled edge which may prevent the 2 aftermarket parts from lining up properly for installation. Original German mounting brackets also have the rolled edge but they are made in such a manner that there isn't a problem. This rolled lip on the reproduction arm has to be pried back a small to allow both parts to line up. A very easy fix which can be performed in minutes. We have not heard of anyone having this problem when using an original German made mirror.
