Description
Like all CSP pulleys, the Spoke-Design pulleys feature a black hard-anodized coating for superior durability and protection. In an additional manufacturing step, they are re-clamped on our CNC machining center to mill the distinctive design, creating a striking contrast between the black anodized surface and the machined, untreated aluminum finish.
The 146 mm pulleys, known as Power Pulleys, are typically utilized in high-performance engines exceeding 6800 rpm.
All critical dimensions of CSP Products pulleys adhere to original VW tolerances, ensuring compatibility with standard mounting components and the recommended V-belt (10 x 864 mm), which can be adjusted for optimal tension. The meticulously crafted oil groove, also built to original tolerances, guarantees a flawless seal. The precisely engraved circumferential scaling enhances the visual appeal with its machined, untreated aluminum finish. The Triangle-Design pulley, with a 146 mm diameter, weighs approximately 364 grams.
