Description
Converting a 71-79 Super Beetle to disc brakes can be difficult as disc brake spindles are no longer available for these models. This CNC machined aluminum adapter kit allows you to keep the original drum brake spindles. Installation is very easy, as the brackets bolt to the mounting holes that were originally used for the backing plates. The calipers can then be bolted to the adapter brackets. Standard rotors and calipers can be used along this adapter kit. We offer a completer kit that comes with new Rotors with the bolt pattern of your choice, new calipers, bearings and seals.
These Genuine made in Germany CSP caliper brackets are made to the highest quaity and detail Original Specifications. We have found that some aftermarket rotors are case thicker then original in areas.
This small amount of extra material may slightly interfere with these brackets when mounted. Use a Dremel or small grinder to clean this extra material off in no time, allowing for proper fitment.
