Description
This VW Vent Wing Window Assembly is fits VW Beetle 68-77 and VW Super Beetles 71-76. The assembly includes outer frame, 1/4 glass, latch, upright seal, vent wing seal, and front felt channel.
This ready to install assembly can also fit Beetle 65-67. The only difference is the vent wing latch may not be the correct style for these years.
The overall quality and finish do not match original German-made units. The chrome plating does has some slight scratching and pitting. Also, the glass is not aligned perfectly in the frame so the glass does not make 100% perfect contact with the vent post rubber seal. They will do the job very well, and look great from a distance. Do not buy these windows expecting original quality and fit and finish. These assemblies fit and are an excellent budget priced replacement for missing or irreparably rusted original vents.
